Message +1, DLR. Except, we also need to collect log info from apache and any CGI's
we run.

I'd really like to see our machine logs "tee"'d to a secure IRC or Jabber
channel (one host per channel) so that monitoring a particular machine's
logs can be done by groups of people, which would be especially convenient
during product testing by large groups of people. Furthermore, we want to
get away from a structure where every apps-dev person involved in
debugging/testing needs a login on a production box in order to look at
logs.
